Membership Application and Fees

Please use the buttons below to select either a New Member application form or if you are an existing or returning member please select Renew Membership.

As a new member, if you do not know any existing members to act as a Proposer and Seconder this may be done by the Committee so select the “New to Village” option

As required by the Club constitution, membership applications will be posted on the Club notice board for 7 days before the application can be processed.

Once done so we will be in touch to arrange the issue of your door fob which acts as proof of membership.

Membership fees are sets at a single level £40 per annum, new members will also be charged a refundable deposit of £10.00 for the door fob.

If you are a previous member and still have your door fob, indicate that you do not require a fob when completing the application form.

Please select whether you would like to renew your existing membership or whether you would like to make an application for a new membership.

If you do not know any existing members to act as your proposer, please select “New to Village” and the committee will sponsor your application.

Once you have completed the form please submit and then proceed to make payment.

Your membership application will not be processed until payment of the appropriate fees is made

Membership fees are sets at a single level £40 per annum, new members will also be charged a joining fee OF £10 which includes the licensing of the Door entry System Smart phone APP / or Door fob.

Once your application has been processed (approximately 7 days) done so we will be in touch to arrange the issue of your door access which acts as proof of membership.
